Equipment introduction:

The main feature of the equipment is to realize the sintering of powder or granular materials in a vacuum or protective atmosphere, the furnace tube is made of 310s high temperature stainless steel material, the furnace tube is provided with a movable dial, convenient cleaning of the furnace tube, at the same time the rotation of the furnace tube can drive the dial to achieve the material churn, making the material mix more uniform;

The furnace tube can withstand the positive pressure sintering at high temperature, can ensure the 700 degree pressure withstand 0.4Mpa high pressure use, set three levels of protection on the safety protection, the first two is through the pressure sensor or electric contact pressure gauge control exhaust solenoid valve open to achieve pressure relief, the third level of protection is mechanical safety valve, can achieve accurate pressure relief, higher safety; The furnace lining is made of high purity alumina light fiber material, and the control system is made of advanced PLC+ touch screen control system, which makes the operation more simple and convenient.





     

 

    

 

 

 




   Configuration

 

1. It mainly includes furnace tube rotating system, furnace body heating system, furnace body lifting system, gas inlet and outlet system, automatic water inlet system and PLC control system;

2. The furnace tube rotation system is driven by stepper motor + planetary gear reducer, and the transmission is driven by double rows of chains, which can realize continuous positive and negative rotation and make the transmission more stable;

3. The furnace body heating system uses 2 temperature zones for heating. The heating wire is imported iron chromium aluminum heating wire.

4, the furnace body lifting system is mainly set up to facilitate the addition and removal of materials, the normal sintering time can make the intake end slightly lower, so as to ensure that the material has been sintering in the temperature zone without running out of the temperature zone, after the completion of sintering, the intake end raised to the maximum Angle can easily realize the material pouring out;

5, in and out of gas system using float flowmeter to control the flow of gas, in and out of gas are set with high pressure solenoid valve, can realize automatic gas in and out, at the same time set with pressure sensor, electric contact pressure gauge and mechanical safety valve, can effectively prevent furnace tube overpressure, prevent equipment damage;

6, automatic water intake system is the way of peristaltic pump water, small size, more convenient operation, control can be set on the screen, can also open the door, directly on the peristaltic pump operation;

7. PLC control system integrates all the heating and action control on the furnace body, all the states can be displayed intuitively on the screen, and the operation is more convenient and user-friendly;

Cautions

1. When the furnace temperature of the equipment is greater than or equal to 300℃, it is forbidden to open the furnace to avoid injury;

2. When the equipment is in use, the reading of the absolute pressure gauge should not be greater than 0.15MPa to prevent equipment damage caused by excessive pressure.

3. The device is recommended to handle micron powder or granular sample, and it is not recommended to use this product for nano powder;

4. When used in vacuum, the operating temperature of the equipment shall not exceed 800℃.
