Cautions

1. When the equipment is in use, the reading of the absolute pressure gauge should not be greater than 0.15MPa to prevent equipment damage caused by excessive pressure.

2. When used in vacuum, the operating temperature of the equipment shall not exceed 800℃.

3. Before using the equipment, please read carefully the precautions for the use of corundum products.
