Core Composition and Structure:

The comprehensive calibration system for complex environment sensors (radiation heat flux calibration system) is mainly composed of a double-layer high-temperature vacuum test chamber, transformer, control device, infrared thermometer, chiller, evacuation equipment, graphite heater, sensor installation platform, etc.

1. Heating system: composed of electrodes, graphite heating plates, power equipment, and transformers. The heating equipment can achieve the following effects: the standard heat flux sensor and the heat flux meter to be measured are evenly arranged on both sides of the graphite heater, and can measure a heat flux density of not less than 1MW/m2 at rated power.

2. Electrode main column: The electrode passes through the vacuum tank shell in a cylindrical shape and is made of pure copper, without affecting the sealing. The electrode can achieve low voltage and high current power conduction. The electrode as a whole can be water-cooled. The interface structure can maintain good contact between the electrode and graphite. At the same time, reserve a margin to prevent graphite expansion and deformation at high temperatures.

3. Graphite heating element: To meet different calibration requirements, the system can provide heating elements in various specifications. The graphite sheet of this system has a uniform texture, and the effective area processing technology on both sides is the same. The radiation heat flux sensor, in a stable state of heater power, has a measurement plane fluctuation rate caused by the heater per minute that is not greater than ± 0.5%/min of the current measurement result; The graphite plate with joints on both sides can be fixed on the electrode.

4. Transformer: The rated capacity of the transformer is 50KVA. The transformer converts 380V three-phase current into 24V/1200A low-voltage high current DC transformer. Change the voltage output by the control device to low voltage and high current to directly heat the graphite sheet. The output voltage of the transformer is controlled by a temperature control device.

5. Vacuum system: The minimum vacuum pressure can reach 10Pa.

6. Water cooling equipment: Water cooling equipment cools equipment such as vacuum tanks, heating electrode columns, sensor mounting bases, controllers, etc.
