Recently, our technical personnel went to Nanhu Campus of University of Mining and Technology to provide on-the-door installation, commissioning and delivery training services for the laboratory of the University, so as to help the universities carry out scientific research and experiment related to molten salt electrolysis smoothly and ensure that the equipment complies with the regulations and is put into use safely.
The whole service process is standard, efficient and orderly. At 2:00 pm on that day, our technicians arrived at the campus on time, successfully completed docking with Teacher Sun of the laboratory, and then entered the experimental site together for equipment installation. Overall inspection shall be carried out for the external package of the equipment after arriving at the site to confirm that the equipment package is intact, free from transportation collision and moisture, and the accessories are complete and ready for on-site unpacking and installation.
When the equipment status is confirmed to be correct, the technical personnel shall carry out the standardized unpacking operation, and complete the accurate positioning, placement and calibration of the equipment according to the laboratory site environment. Then, the supporting equipment and pipeline shall be connected successively, and the vacuum pump, water cooling unit and equipment air circuit system shall be connected respectively. The whole process shall be operated according to the equipment installation specifications to ensure that the pipeline connection is tight and the layout is neat. At the same time, Mr. Sun demonstrated the installation process, alignment mode and installation precautions of core parts such as electrode rod and electrode, and explained the assembly standard in detail.
Upon the completion of the installation of the complete machine, the technical personnel shall conduct the startup and power-on commissioning, and focus on the leakage test of the water cooling system. Through comprehensive inspection, the water cooling system of the equipment operates stably, the pipeline has no water seepage, water leakage, abnormal pressure and other problems, and all indicators meet the equipment operation standards. Upon the completion of installation, we will carry out special machine delivery training, carry out detailed teaching around equipment startup operation, parameter commissioning, experimental operation process, daily maintenance and safety specifications, guide Teacher Sun to practice, and confirm that he fully masters equipment operation and basic maintenance skills.
The installation, commissioning and training work has been completed successfully, and the existing commissioning items of the equipment are normal. Upon confirmation that all handover work has been completed, our technical personnel left the site smoothly at about 6:00 pm on that day, and will continue to follow up equipment adaptability rectification and after-sales technical support to ensure the smooth development of scientific research experiments of the school.
