The enterprise R&D center needs a set of rotary heat treatment equipment that can continuously process powders and has a clean and controllable atmosphere. It is used for carbonization, modification, purification of negative electrode material precursors in small-scale and pilot tests, to solve process pain points such as uneven heating, easy oxidation, impurity introduction, and poor batch consistency of powders.

After conducting equipment research and comparing process samples from multiple manufacturers, and comprehensively evaluating furnace cleanliness, atmosphere sealing, temperature control accuracy, rotary stirring effect, and intelligent control system, the Nuobadi clean atmosphere rotary furnace was finally selected for the development of negative electrode new material process and sample verification.
