Suqian Liansheng Technology (603065) is a listed enterprise of Shanghai Stock Exchange and a leading enterprise of hindered amine light stabilizer in the world. It focuses on the research, development and production of anti-aging additives of polymer materials and fine chemical intermediates. It has established CNAS certified laboratory and provincial engineering technology research center to continuously arrange the frontier research and development of new materials, constantly improve the construction of new material research and development platform, and continuously upgrade the high-precision atmosphere heat treatment and material synthesis experimental equipment.

Accompanied by Manager Liu of Nuobadi, simplex workers successively visited the product exhibition center, standardized production workshop and open material process laboratory. Technicians present the main models of tubular furnace, box high temperature furnace, atmosphere sintering equipment, vacuum heat treatment system, integrated glovebox thermal equipment, etc., and introduce in detail the equipment temperature control accuracy, atmosphere control stability, intelligent program control system and customized solutions for polymer, fine chemical and catalytic material synthesis scenes.
During the visit, the simplex worker focused on the atmosphere protection, temperature control uniformity and long-term operation stability of the equipment during the synthesis of fine chemical raw materials, macromolecular additives and functional materials. Combined with the existing R&D experimental scenes of the enterprise, the simplex worker carried out detailed communication with the Nobardier's engineers on the equipment process adaptability, personalized transformation, test process optimization and other issues, and highly evaluated the process adaptability and manufacturing quality of the thermal equipment of the Nobardier.
