Nanchang Copper Technical Research Institute is affiliated to Jiangxi Copper Group Co., Ltd. It is the core scientific research platform for research and development of nonferrous metal materials, tackling of high-end new material process and precision heat treatment test in China, and it focuses on advanced research fields such as modification of high-end metal materials, precision quenching and high temperature forming. The research institute is equipped with multiple sets of scientific research and heat treatment equipment with high precision and high temperature grade, which has very high standards and strict requirements on equipment operation stability, temperature control accuracy, vacuum tightness and safety. Equipment working conditions directly affect the accuracy of scientific research experimental data and R&D progress.

The service equipment is the core scientific research equipment of the research institute - 1700 ℃ vertical quenching furnace. The equipment is mainly used for high temperature quenching and modification test of high-end metal materials and is the key core equipment for new material R&D. Problems such as abnormal working conditions, operation accuracy deviation, etc. occur after long-term and high-frequency scientific research test operation of equipment, and hidden dangers such as unstable temperature control and equipment linkage jamming exist.
If the problem persists, it will not only lead to experimental data deviation, affect scientific research progress, but also cause safety risks due to abnormal operation of equipment. In order to quickly remove faults, recover high-precision operation state of equipment and guarantee orderly progress of scientific research, Jiangxi Copper Institute of Technology urgently cooperates with the after-sales team of Nuobadi to apply for special on-site after-sales operation and maintenance services.
Upon receipt of after-sales demands from customers, the after-sales technical team of Nuresponded in the first time, quickly sorted out equipment models, operating conditions and fault problems, customized special maintenance schemes, and immediately rushed to Nanchang for all-dimensional operation, maintenance and repair work.
Upon arriving at the site, the technical engineer and the scientific research personnel of the research institute shall deeply communicate with each other to understand the daily operation status of the equipment, the failure scenario and the test requirements in detail. The core system of the 1700 ℃ vertical quenching furnace shall be subject to detailed inspection item by item, focusing on the five core modules of the high temperature control system, the vacuum gas circuit system, the quenching actuator, the electrical control system and the safety protection module, so as to accurately lock the equipment failure source and avoid the secondary damage to the equipment caused by blind maintenance.
Upon the completion of maintenance and commissioning, in order to ensure that the equipment completely meets the standard, the team carried out multiple rounds of simulation tests for the whole process of high temperature rise, vacuum pressure maintaining and quenching linkage, strictly verified the core parameters such as temperature control accuracy, operation stability and safety protection performance of the equipment, and ensured that all indicators fully met the scientific research test standards, and the equipment reached the optimal operation state.
