The Advanced Inorganic Materials Research Group of the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Harbin Institute of Technology (hereinafter referred to as "HIT") has publicly purchased a complete set of domestically produced high-temperature tube furnace equipment due to the large temperature control drift and poor vacuum sealing of the old tube furnace, which cannot meet the requirements of high-precision material experiments.

After multiple rounds of technical verification and comparison with domestic and foreign products, Harbin Institute of Technology ultimately chose the Nobadi tube furnace. The core reason is that its product performance is highly matched with top research needs, and Nobadi has mature experience in the field of university research equipment (having served many Double First Class universities such as Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China University of Mining and Technology, Zhengzhou University, etc.):
After arriving at the laboratory building of Harbin Institute of Technology, engineers collaborated with school experimenters and property personnel to dismantle and transport the furnace body and vacuum unit in sections, and carried them upstairs in separate parts to avoid damaging the precision sealing components.

Nuobadi's technical team immediately carried out on-site installation and debugging after the equipment was delivered. Our technical personnel provided comprehensive operation training to the school's experimental personnel, including daily use, maintenance, and common problem handling methods of the equipment
After debugging, the joint research group supervisor and equipment administrator conducted on-site acceptance: continuous 8-hour constant temperature operation test, temperature field fluctuation<± 1 ℃, vacuum holding pressure without attenuation, and all indicators meet the material experimental standards.
