After arriving at the innovation center, Nobadi technical engineers conducted a comprehensive equipment performance inspection in accordance with GB 5959.1-2015 safety standards and special testing specifications for rare earth equipment, taking into account the heat treatment process characteristics of rare earth materials (high temperature, long-term insulation, atmosphere sensitivity)
Focus on inspecting the oxidation status and resistance value of imported alloy heating wires, using a multimeter to test each section and confirm that there is no fracture or aging phenomenon; Detect the sealing of inert gas pipelines and ensure the leakage rate through pressure attenuation testing. During the inspection process, the engineer synchronously sorted out the equipment operation ledger. In response to the problem of "slow cooling rate after long-term high-temperature operation" reported by the center, the cooling system parameters were optimized on site to shorten the cooling time from 1200 ℃ to room temperature by 20% and improve research and development efficiency.
