Zhengzhou University Zhongyuan Key Metal Laboratory (Material Research Core Platform) needs to purchase a high-precision, multi temperature zone, and controllable atmosphere tube furnace for sintering high-temperature alloys and special metal materials. The furnace is used for experiments such as annealing, sintering, and gas-phase reactions of metal materials. The equipment is required to have a uniform temperature field, stable vacuum, precise temperature control, and be suitable for long-term high-frequency scientific research use in the laboratory.
After a public inquiry, Henan Nuobadi Material Technology Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid to provide a 1700℃ tube furnace for the laboratory. The contract stipulates installation, commissioning, and training, with a one-year warranty period.
Strictly follow the contract schedule, complete equipment production, quality inspection, and logistics distribution 5 days in advance, with shockproof packaging throughout the process to ensure that the equipment is free of bumps and the components are intact.
Direct delivery to the designated location of Zhengzhou University Zhongyuan Key Metal Laboratory, free unloading, unpacking, and positioning, and cooperation with the laboratory to complete site cleaning and pipeline reservation.
Nuobadi dispatches 2 senior engineers to provide closed-loop services throughout the entire process:
Equipment assembly: Complete precise docking of furnace body, heating module, vacuum system, atmosphere pipeline, and temperature control system to ensure tight sealing and leak free pipelines.
System debugging:
Vacuum test: The ultimate vacuum degree reaches 10 ⁻⁴ Pa, and there is no significant pressure drop after 24 hours of holding pressure, meeting the requirements of high vacuum experiments.
Temperature control calibration: Temperature control accuracy * * ± 1 ℃, temperature field uniformity ≤ ± 2 ℃, stable and drift free continuous operation at high temperature of 1600 ℃ for 8 hours.
Atmosphere adaptation: Ar, N ₂, H ₂ multi atmosphere automatic switching, precise and controllable flow rate, suitable for the anti oxidation sintering needs of metal materials.
Acceptance and delivery: Simultaneously provide equipment qualification certificates, quality inspection reports, and operation manuals, cooperate with the laboratory to complete on-site acceptance, ensure that all indicators meet 100% standards, and sign the acceptance certificate.
After the acceptance of the new equipment, the Nobadi engineers will simultaneously carry out comprehensive maintenance services for multiple Nobadi devices in the laboratory, practicing the service concept of "one cooperation, lifelong protection":
Preliminary investigation: Communicate with the laboratory in advance about the service life, common problems, and core requirements of existing equipment, develop targeted maintenance plans, clarify maintenance projects, required tools, and spare parts.
Special training: Provide supplementary training for teachers and students on operational precautions and new maintenance points for existing equipment maintenance, and answer questions about daily use.
