Recently, Henan Nuobadi Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nobody") completed the delivery and commissioning of a customized fluidized bed tube furnace for the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Southeast University. This equipment will deeply serve national level scientific research projects in cutting-edge fields such as catalytic materials and new energy functional materials. With core advantages such as precise temperature control in multiple temperature zones and efficient gas-solid mass transfer, it has become a key experimental equipment for the National Key Laboratory of Materials for Major Infrastructure Engineering of the college, providing reliable technical support for overcoming material preparation difficulties under the "dual carbon" goal.
Previously, the traditional tube furnace used by the college had problems such as low gas-solid mass transfer efficiency and single temperature zone control, which made it difficult to support the efficient advancement of cutting-edge topics. It is urgent for professional level fluidized bed tube furnaces to break through technical bottlenecks.

Comprehensive training was provided to the operators, including equipment operating procedures, daily maintenance points, and other related content.
