The Zhongyuan Key Metals Laboratory (Henan Key Metals Laboratory) at the North Campus of Zhengzhou University is a key laboratory in Henan Province, focusing on key metal metallurgy, new material research and development, and requiring high-performance hydrogen reduction furnaces to meet experimental requirements such as metal oxide reduction and powder metallurgy sintering. From 2023 to 2025, the laboratory will purchase the Nobadi hydrogen reduction furnace and supporting equipment in batches through government procurement for scientific research and talent cultivation.
Customized adaptation: Nuobadi optimizes furnace size and temperature field uniformity according to laboratory metallurgical experiment requirements, and adapts to key metal (molybdenum, tungsten, rare earth) reduction processes.
Delivery and Installation: Three devices will be delivered by April 2026, with on-site installation and commissioning by Nobadi engineers. Temperature field calibration and safety interlock testing will be completed within 72 hours.
Training and after-sales service: Provide 3 operational training sessions (equipment operation, process programming, maintenance), 3-year warranty, lifelong technical support, and 24-hour emergency response.
