Northeastern University, as a national key discipline in metallurgical engineering and a "Double First Class" construction university, has long focused on the research and development of high-end materials such as special steel and nickel based alloys at its Advanced Metallurgical Technology and Equipment Research Center of the Ministry of Education, serving major national engineering needs such as aerospace and nuclear industries. With the upgrading of research and development towards "ultra-high purity and precise composition control", the existing equipment is gradually showing shortcomings in vacuum stability, temperature uniformity, and customized adaptability. There is an urgent need for a vacuum melting equipment that combines high-precision control and flexible adaptability to support the research and development of new alloy formulas and small-scale preparation.

After multiple rounds of market research and technical comparison, Northeastern University ultimately chose to cooperate with Henan Nuobadi Material Technology Co., Ltd. - relying on Nuobadi's accumulation of more than 40 patented technologies in the field of vacuum furnaces and the service experience of more than 30 top research institutions, we customized and purchased high-frequency induction vacuum melting furnaces and fluidized bed tube furnaces to solve the three core pain points of "large vacuum degree fluctuations, insufficient temperature control accuracy, and poor process adaptability" of traditional equipment.
