How to extend the service life of high temperature box type electric furnace? Here are some suggestions from engineers:

1. Before opening the furnace, the tightness of the gas pipe valve and the pressure on the gas pipe should not be lower than the regular value.
2. Task status of push rod mechanism, pull rod mechanism and lifting mechanism in empty furnace experiment.
3. Loosen the compression spring into the regular dimension area.
4. Adjust the water level of the water seal, open the valve of the water seal discharge extinguishing pipe, and close the valve of the water seal.
5. Close the furnace door at the feed end, open the furnace door at the discharge end and observe. Close the furnace door after the direction of kerosene ejection forming a fog is normal.
6. Light the quench nozzle in the feed chamber.
Seven. Exhaust gas should be discharged through a valve without water seal.
8. The furnace should be carburized first for continuous experiments.
9. When the parts are placed, the interval between the parts and the parts is not less than 5 mm; The edge of the part does not exceed the length of the base plate and the regular height.
10. The feed and discharge doors should be opened and closed quickly, but the speed of the push rod should be bumpy.
11. The position of the part in the precooling chamber should be directly above the thermocouple.
12. The furnace can be filled with 24 chassis, continuous feed needs to be pulled first and then pushed.
13. When the furnace is shut down, the furnace area should be reduced to the same temperature, and then start to cool down naturally.
14. Equipment cleaning: high temperature electric furnace
(1) The furnace tank shall be cleaned once a week during continuous production, and the cleaning of the intermittently produced furnace tank shall be carried out immediately after the furnace is stopped.
(2) When the cleaning temperature of the furnace tank is 850 ~ 870℃, the chassis should be taken out completely;
(3) When the compressed air nozzle is blown into the furnace from the feed end, the valve should not be opened too large, and the blowing must be moved around and back to prevent local overheating;
(4) Clean the gas burner with kerosene before carburizing.
Fifteen. Chassis or fixture after quenching should be returned to the pre-cooling chamber to remove oil.
16. It is found that the exhaust pipe is blocked (sudden pressure increase in the furnace) should be cleaned immediately. First open the exhaust gas valve without water seal, and then close the exhaust gas pipe valve with water seal. After cleaning, the exhaust gas valve of the water seal should be opened first, and then the exhaust gas valve of the water seal should be closed.
17. Note:
(1) Always pay attention to the combustion conditions and gas pressure in each area;
(2) Do not stand in the middle of the furnace door when opening, to prevent flame spray burns;
(3) Pay attention to whether the combustion nozzle in the department is burning and check whether the wedge door is leaking with the torch;
(4) When the flame of the burner is found to be extinguished during work, the gas valve should be closed immediately, and the air valve should be closed afterwards;
(5) When the parts fall or the wedge door switch does not work, the feeding should be stopped and the parts should be removed.
