Box type furnace can be placed on the workbench, in order to suit the physiological operating height of the human body, the effective load of the workbench should be greater than 200KG.
Electrical installation of box furnace
Box furnace power supply configuration: 220V (380V). The power configured for the electric control cabinet shall be greater than 4Kw.
The box furnace thermocouple is inserted into the furnace depth of 25mm, and is connected with the temperature control instrument table by the N division number compensation wire. Note: The quartz tube should be installed before the thermocouple, the thermocouple can not contact with the quartz tube. The electric furnace and control cabinet should be grounded as a whole. The grounding resistance of the grounding cable should be less than 4 ohms.
Box-type furnace resistance wire connection mode: two parallel, power supply: single-phase 220V (or 380V).
Note one
Electric furnace operators of box furnace should have the national qualification for the operation of corresponding electrical equipment, and read the technical documents such as the manual of the instrument delivered with the electric kiln!
1 Operation of temperature system:
Box furnace temperature instrument
Box furnace user switch plate to power the electric furnace, at this time the program table power, according to the temperature instrument instructions set the instrument (such as P, I, D parameters), according to the technical requirements of the heating program, open the heating knob, so that the heating power to 6KW. Heating power can be calculated as follows:
Heating power = instrument voltage x instrument current
The normal heating current is about 22A and the heating voltage is about 220V.
Heating stop: After the program temperature ends, the execution time =0 segment of the program, the heating ends. Will stop pressing the key twist position. Break the user switch.
Note two
a. The programmed temperature of box furnace shall not be higher than the parameter temperature of electric furnace.
b. Box furnace When the electric furnace is working, do not open the furnace door. Take the product, should wait until the furnace temperature below 100℃.
c. When heating the box furnace, the heating power shall not exceed 6KW, otherwise the heating element will be damaged.
Inspection and fastening
Due to transportation and other reasons, should check the furnace body each screw fastening situation, confirm correct.
