On November 8, 2023, our company's after-sales technical personnel went to the "Sanmenxia Zhongyuan Key Metal Laboratory" to inspect and maintain the hydrogen reduction furnace designed and produced by our company. They patiently explained the operating instructions to the customer and guided the teacher on the techniques for replacing furnace tubes and installing new ones (to avoid uneven flange tightening and squeezing of furnace tubes), and received recognition from the customer for our products.
The Sanmenxia Nonferrous Metals Science Research Institute is a public welfare institution under the Sanmenxia Science and Technology Bureau. It currently has 15 researchers, 1 senior engineer, 8 intermediate and senior engineers, and 4 master's students. A laboratory area of 1500 square meters has been built, with 62 instruments and equipment worth 5 million yuan. Main functions: Carry out scientific and technological research and experimental development of non-ferrous metals, establish a non-ferrous metal industry database, conduct comprehensive utilization analysis and laboratory evaluation of non-ferrous metal resources, provide scientific and technological pilot services and training, cooperate and invest in scientific and technological projects, transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and promote consulting.
