On August 6, 2023, our after-sales technical personnel went to Shandong Hongyun Nano Technology Co., Ltd. to provide installation, debugging, and operation training for its customized automatic feeding and discharging rotary pendulum sintering furnace (rotary furnace).

The rotary pendulum sintering furnace is one of our main products, and materials can move axially and radially through the furnace tube. Under the condition of circular heating, the material can be uniformly heated and react fully.

This customized equipment is based on the basic structure of our company's rotary pendulum, equipped with an atomization device and an automatic feeding and discharging system. The device operation is based on a touch screen human-machine interaction system controlled by PLC, which can intuitively and conveniently achieve more complex experimental or production work.
