Professor Yang Xinghua from the School of Ceramics at Pingdingshan University has purchased two large box type atmosphere furnaces from our company for sintering Jun porcelain. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Professor Yang and Pingdingshan University for their support and recognition of our company. Our company also promises to conscientiously carry out after-sales service and equipment quality control work, so that our customers can receive better service and experience. Our product quality and touch screen control system have also been recognized by Professor Yang, and the operation is very simple。
Jun porcelain sintering program
Jun porcelain sintering is divided into:
A green body sintering (generally 900~950 ℃)
Burn the formed blank once without glazing, at a temperature of 900 ℃ to 950 ℃, to increase the strength and water absorption of the blank and facilitate glazing operation
High temperature sintering of B blank after glazing (usually 1280-1350 ℃)
The sintering of raw materials after glazing is divided into:
1. Oxidation stage (from room temperature to 900 ℃); (5-8 hours)
Sufficient oxygen is needed to oxidize and evaporate the organic matter in the green body (oxygen or compressed air)
Room temperature should be between 300-400 degrees Celsius, with a slow heating rate and proper drainage; 400~900 degrees can accelerate the heating rate and eliminate organic matter oxidation;
2. Restoration stage: (8-9 hours)
Strong reduction stage (900 ℃~1150 ℃).
Weak reduction stage (1150 ℃~1270 ℃)
Sufficient reducing gases are required (CO (carbon monoxide), CH4 (natural gas), NH3 (ammonia))
3. Reduction and insulation stage: (1280-1350 ℃ for about 20 minutes);
Sufficient reducing gases are required (CO (carbon monoxide), CH4 (natural gas), NH3 (ammonia))
4. Cooling stage: (about 12 hours)
Turn off the reducing gas
Set the cooling rate to 200 degrees Celsius, then open the furnace door and use strong air oxidation to cool down;
