This equipment is 310S stainless steel inner cylinder external thermal rotary resistance furnace, which can be used for lithium battery and other anode materials, five strong acid and alkaline powder and other particle like materials in the laboratory pilot test stage of calcination and drying, users can according to the material firing process for the corresponding atmosphere protection. Equipment introduction


1, the equipment is mainly composed of furnace body, lifting system, mechanical transmission system, intake and exhaust system and other parts;

2, the furnace body includes the furnace body frame, metal furnace tube, refractory module, heating element, lifting device and other parts;

3, the lifting system by a DC 24V electric push rod to complete the tilt of the upper frame and furnace body, can hover at any Angle within the range of -5 ~ +15 degrees, its thrust is 8000 N. The adjustment of furnace Angle is controlled by the dip meter and the lifting and descending angles are controlled by the limit switch. Can be stopped at any Angle at any time;

4, furnace body drive for chain drive, safe and reliable. The transmission system is composed of the main drive motor and reduction unit, chain, sprocket, front supporting wheel mechanism, etc. The reducer is 51K120A-CF single-phase motor with a power of 0.12KW. The furnace tube speed can be adjusted within 1 ~ 3 RPM as required to realize continuous rotation.

5. Both ends of the rotary furnace body are reserved for dynamic and static transition rotary joints. The inlet end of the furnace tail is provided with pipe brackets, stainless steel pipes, ball valves, etc., and protective gas is passed into the furnace when the materials are calcined as required. The rotary head on the furnace door is connected with a ball valve and a pagoda nozzle, which can adjust the opening of the ball valve according to the size of the air discharge when the material is calcined to control the gas discharge;

6. The control box is located in the lower frame of the furnace body, and the electric components such as air switch and power modulator block are integrated in the electric control box. The controller is located in front of the furnace body, through the operation of the controller panel, can be prefabricated into a curve, fully automatic heating, to realize the rotating operation of the heating furnace tube and the tilt of the heating furnace body, in order to facilitate the flow of materials.
