As the core teaching and research hub for mechanics and safety engineering in the Central Plains region, the School of Mechanics and Safety Engineering at Zhengzhou University undertakes crucial tasks such as material mechanical property research, safety engineering technology breakthroughs, and the development of key metallic materials. With the deepening integration of interdisciplinary fields, the school's research demands in areas like high-temperature material performance testing and thermal stability analysis have become increasingly urgent, necessitating high-precision thermal analysis equipment and high-temperature processing facilities to support both teaching experiments and cutting-edge research.

The college initiated the procurement of experimental teaching equipment in 2025, selecting high-quality suppliers through open bidding. Henan Nobad Material Technology Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the TGA (Thermogravimetric Analyzer) and box furnace procurement project, leveraging its technological expertise in thermal analysis instruments and high-temperature furnaces, along with a comprehensive after-sales service system, providing core equipment support for the college's research and teaching upgrades.

Both parties strictly follow the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and the equipment procurement management regulations of Zhengzhou University, sign a formal procurement contract, and clarify core terms such as equipment configuration, delivery time, and acceptance standards. The Nobadi team shall submit a detailed installation plan within 7 working days after the contract takes effect, complete equipment transportation, on-site installation, and commissioning according to the agreed time, and use seismic, moisture-proof, and rust proof packaging during transportation to ensure that the equipment is delivered in good condition.

Nuobadi technicians provide customized operation training for college teachers and students, covering equipment basic operation, parameter setting, data analysis, daily maintenance, etc., to ensure that experimental personnel independently complete equipment operation and basic fault troubleshooting.

In the future, both parties will continue to deepen cooperation, relying on the technological iteration capability of Nubadi and the scientific research resource advantages of the college, exploring new directions of cooperation such as customized equipment development and scientific research achievement transformation, jointly supporting the innovative development of mechanics and safety engineering in the Central Plains region, and providing replicable and promotable cooperation examples for collaborative innovation between universities and enterprises.
