The "Stability Research of Special Functional Materials" project jointly conducted by the Academy of Military Sciences aims to break through the technical bottleneck of material performance testing in extreme environments, and one of the core requirements is a set of heat treatment equipment that can meet high temperature, precise temperature control, and safe operation.

As a national level military research core institution, the Academy of Military Sciences has strict requirements for the reliability, accuracy, and adaptability of experimental equipment. The ceramic based composite materials, special metal alloys and other samples involved in the project need to be sintered in a high temperature environment above 1600 ℃, and the temperature field uniformity error is required to be ≤± 1 ℃. At the same time, multiple process curve programming needs to be supported to adapt to the heat treatment requirements of different materials. After comparing and evaluating more than 10 domestic and foreign brands, the Nuobadi lifting furnace has become the final choice for tripartite cooperation due to its excellent technical parameters and high cost-effectiveness.
In response to the research needs of the project, the three parties ultimately selected the NBD-B1700-12TI lifting furnace model from Nobadi. Its core performance highlights are highly compatible with the research requirements: extreme temperature control precision, temperature up to 1700 ℃, continuous working temperature stable at 1650 ℃, temperature control accuracy ± 1 ℃, perfectly meeting the temperature stability requirements of high-temperature sintering of special materials, ensuring the repeatability of experimental data; Intelligent process adaptation: Equipped with NBD-101E embedded operating system, it supports pre storage of 15 temperature curves, and each curve can be set with 30 "temperature time" parameters. It can adapt to heat treatment processes of different materials such as ceramics and metals without repeated programming, greatly improving experimental efficiency; Safe and convenient operation: The silent electric lifting platform is designed to avoid material tilting, and the 7-inch true color touch screen realizes visual operation. With multiple safety mechanisms such as over temperature alarm and leakage protection, it solves the safety hazards of sample retrieval and placement in high temperature environments, which meets the needs of intelligent laboratory operation; Stable and durable design: using high-purity silicon molybdenum rod heating elements and full fiber furnace lining, balancing heating efficiency and insulation performance, and providing 1-year warranty and lifelong technical support for core components to ensure the continuous progress of long-term scientific research projects.
