As a key applied undergraduate institution supported by Henan Province, Henan University of Technology's School of Materials Science and Engineering undertakes the teaching tasks of core courses such as metal material heat treatment and new energy material preparation, while also supporting teachers' research projects in the fields of new alloy materials and energy storage electrode materials. With the reform of the curriculum system and the deepening of scientific research projects in recent years, the existing laboratory heating equipment has problems such as insufficient temperature control accuracy (± 5 ℃), slow heating rate (≤ 10 ℃/min), and small furnace volume (≤ 2L), which are difficult to meet the precise temperature control teaching demonstration of the "Material Heat Treatment Process" course and the experimental needs of the "Low temperature Sintering Lithium ion Battery Positive Electrode Material" scientific research project。

After rigorous market research and equipment comparison, Henan University of Engineering ultimately chose the Nuobadi 1200 ℃ high-temperature tube furnace. This device, with its outstanding performance, reliable quality, and thoughtful design, has successfully solved the pain points of the college.
The sales and technical team of Nuobadi had multiple in-depth exchanges with the teachers from the research group of Henan University of Engineering, and gained a detailed understanding of factors such as production process requirements, output targets, and budget constraints. Experimental requirements for scientific research projects
After the equipment arrives at the site, Nobadi dispatches professional engineers to provide installation guidance and debugging work, ensuring that all functions operate normally. Comprehensive training was provided to the operators, including equipment operating procedures, daily maintenance points, and other related content.
Since the introduction of the 1200 ℃ tube furnace in Nobadi, it has played a key role in multiple scientific research and teaching projects.
