西安交通大学人工智能与机器人研究所(IAIR)始建于 1986 年,依托人机混合增强智能全国重点实验室、国家人工智能产教融合创新平台,深耕人工智能、先进材料、智能装备交叉领域,是国内前沿新材料与智能技术融合创新高地。为支撑新型功能材料、半导体复合材料、粉末冶金材料高温制备研发,研究院经过多轮设备性能、洁净度、工艺稳定性对比,正式采购我司下抬升式真空气氛烧结炉,搭建高标准洁净烧结实验平台。
本次交付的下抬升真空气氛烧结炉,专为高校实验室洁净研发场景定制。设备采用底部抬升进出料结构,炉膛密封性能优异,可实现高真空、惰性保护气氛、还原气氛多模式工艺;整机配套独立 S&A 工业冷水机稳定控温,搭载智能触控 PLC 控制系统,温度均匀性、升温速率、气氛流量全流程自动精准调控。设备适配洁净车间使用标准,无油污污染、腔体易清洁,完美匹配研究院新材料烧结、致密化、热处理实验需求。
Upon mobilization of equipment, the technical engineer team of our company will be stationed in the Grade 10000 clean laboratory of the Research Institute to complete equipment installation, air circuit leakage detection, vacuum performance test and temperature curve calibration process commissioning, and provide special training on equipment operation, process parameter setting and safe operation for the faculty and students of the Institute.
The project leader of the Research Institute of West Jiaotong University said that the downward lifting structure greatly reduced the difficulty for scientific researchers to take and place samples. The high-vacuum clean sintering environment can effectively avoid oxidation and impurity pollution problems in the preparation process of new materials. The multi-atmospheric compatibility characteristics can cover a variety of new material R&D processes of the team. The intelligent control of equipment greatly reduced the experimental operation threshold, providing hard core equipment support for tackling the cross-field topics of artificial intelligence and advanced materials.
We have been intensively developing vacuum high-temperature equipment for many years. We have continuously customized vacuum sintering, brazing and heat treatment equipment for 985/211 universities, key laboratories and new material enterprises in China. This cooperation with the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute of Xi'an Jiaotong University is another typical implementation case of collaborative innovation between enterprises, production, university and research. In the future, we will continue to optimize the performance of high temperature vacuum equipment, with stable and reliable high-end heat treatment equipment, and help universities to make technological innovations in new materials and intelligent materials.
