As the core hub of scientific and technological innovation in China, Beijing has gathered numerous top research institutions and high-tech enterprises. A Beijing enterprise specializing in the research and development of advanced ceramic materials and high-temperature coatings (hereinafter referred to as the "Beijing customer") urgently needs a high-precision and high stability high-temperature box furnace equipment to expand its new material research and development business in the aerospace field. In order to further verify the performance of the equipment, assess production strength and service capabilities, the Beijing customer team specially visited the headquarters of Nobadi for on-site inspection.

The customer went deep into the Nuobadi production workshop to conduct on-site inspections of the equipment assembly process, core component processing technology, and quality control testing links. Key process observation: focused on visiting core processes such as heating element welding, furnace insulation layer forming, and electrical system integration to understand the full process control of equipment from component selection to finished product delivery; Customized solution docking: In response to the customer's proposed "segmented heating (room temperature → 1200 ℃ for 4 hours, 1200 ℃ → 1600 ℃ for 2 hours, and insulation for 5 hours)" process for aerospace coating materials, engineers will develop a dedicated temperature curve program on site to demonstrate parameter programming and optimization techniques;

Exploration of cooperation mode: Based on the long-term R&D needs of customers, propose an integrated cooperation plan of "equipment supply+process support+regular operation and maintenance", including providing industry exclusive process databases, regular on-site calibration equipment and other value-added services for free.

Based on customer needs, both parties reached a preliminary cooperation intention on the spot and confirmed the purchase of 2 NBD-ML1800-40CI ultra-high temperature mini box furnaces. They also agreed on the details of subsequent services: installation and commissioning will be completed within 72 hours after equipment delivery, and a 2-day customized training (including process optimization, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance) will be provided. Technical engineers will be arranged to regularly follow up on equipment operation and provide process iteration support.
