Recently, a professor from the School of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Science and Technology of China (hereinafter referred to as "USTC") visited Henan Nuobadi Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nuobadi") for a special visit。

During the visit, the team of professors from the University of Science and Technology of China visited the R&D center, intelligent production workshop, and product exhibition area of Nubadi, gaining a detailed understanding of the company's technological accumulation and industrial layout in the field of thermal equipment. As a high-tech enterprise integrating research and development, manufacturing, and operation, Nuobadi has formed 29 series of 343 core products since its establishment in 2011, covering various high-end sintering equipment such as tube furnaces, vacuum furnaces, and multi temperature zone CVD furnaces. With more than 40 independent patented technologies, the products are exported to Europe, America, and East Asia, providing excellent experimental equipment support for the global materials research field.

At the symposium, both sides focused on the theme of "deep integration of industry, academia, research and application" and engaged in lively exchanges. This technology has successfully served high-end scenarios such as flexible displays and special functional materials, and related research has won multiple awards such as the Ministry of Education's Natural Science Award. Based on the practical experience of enterprises, the General Principles of Nuobadi Cai elaborate on the key supporting role of thermal equipment in advanced material research and development, and propose technical research and development needs in extreme environment material processing, equipment intelligent upgrading, and other aspects. In response to the strict requirements of the University of Science and Technology of China for high-precision temperature control and atmosphere environment regulation in the preparation of polymer films, the Nobadi team demonstrated a customized solution on site, and the two parties reached a preliminary consensus on jointly developing miniaturized and high-precision sintering equipment suitable for laboratories.
