As the core experimental equipment for the research and development of advanced energy materials and high-temperature composite materials, the stable operation, anti-corrosion performance and accurate temperature control of molten salt furnaces under high temperature conditions are directly related to the reliability of experimental data of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Process Engineering Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as the "Chinese Academy of Sciences Process Engineering Research Institute") in national key research and development projects such as lithium ion battery electrode materials, molten salt energy storage systems. Recently, the Nuobadi technical service team has launched customized special maintenance services, using industry-leading high-temperature equipment operation and maintenance technology to solve research pain points.

At the service site, the technical team strictly follows the four step standardized process of "safety isolation comprehensive testing core maintenance calibration verification", and carries out refined operations based on the characteristics of the molten salt furnace equipment:

Considering the differentiated usage needs of molten salt furnaces in different scientific research scenarios, the technical team provides customized practical training for laboratory researchers: from nitrogen replacement and molten salt medium inspection before equipment startup, to temperature and liquid level control operations during the experimental process, to molten salt recovery, furnace cleaning, and emergency response procedures for common faults (such as molten salt leakage and temperature control) after the experiment, hands-on teaching is carried out. In response to the special experimental needs of the institute in energy storage material thermal cycling, high-temperature electrolysis reactions, etc., additional safety handling techniques for corrosive molten salt media, equipment maintenance plans after extreme temperature operation, and energy-saving optimization suggestions for molten salt thermal storage systems were shared to assist researchers in improving their ability to independently operate and control equipment and risks.
