As a top university in the field of petrochemical industry, China University of Petroleum (East China) has long focused on the three core topics of "oil quality improvement, catalyst innovation and waste recycling". In view of the bottlenecks faced in the research of petrochemical material high temperature performance test and catalyst activity evaluation, such as "insufficient temperature control accuracy, poor atmosphere adaptability and low test efficiency", it is urgent to support the research and development of key technologies of high-performance intelligent box furnace.

The China University of petroleum officially launched the procurement project of intelligent box furnace, and clearly purchased a high-end box furnace for the laboratory of "catalytic cracking and oil refining" of the College of petrochemical technology. The core requirements include: 1500 ℃ high-temperature heating, multi-stage program temperature control, inert atmosphere protection, corrosion-resistant furnace material, and need to meet the stringent requirements of "high repeatability, low energy consumption, safety and stability" in scientific research experiments, which is highly consistent with the technical positioning of nbd-m1500 series box furnace of norbadi.

The installation team arrived at the site the next day after the equipment was successfully shipped from the nobadi plant to the China University of petroleum, and carried out the work in an orderly manner according to the established installation scheme: in-depth debugging and functional verification of the system. The intelligent control system connected to the equipment (using the advanced PLC touch screen operation interface and remote monitoring module to facilitate the scientific researchers to master the equipment operation status in real time), tests the key functions of the equipment one by one: temperature test: set multiple different temperature points, gradually rise from normal temperature to 1500 ℃ high temperature of the equipment, and monitor the temperature change in the furnace in real time through high-precision temperature sensors to verify the heating rate, temperature control accuracy and temperature uniformity of the equipment. The measured results show that the heating rate of the equipment is stable and can accurately reach the preset temperature, the temperature control accuracy is always kept within ± 1 ℃, and the temperature uniformity in the furnace is good, which meets the stringent requirements of scientific research experiments on the temperature environment.
