Ningbo Institute of materials technology and engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences (hereinafter referred to as "Ningbo Institute of materials"), as a top scientific research institution in the field of new energy materials, has long focused on the core demands of the photovoltaic industry to "improve efficiency and reduce cost". In view of the bottlenecks faced by TOPCON (tunneling silicon oxide passivation contact) battery technology, such as equipment dependence on imports and insufficient process stability, it is in urgent need of high-performance tubular CVD system to support the research and development of key technologies.

After several rounds of technical review and performance testing, Ningbo Institute of materials finally selected the norbadi CVD system. The customized design and high reliability of the norbadi CVD system provided Ningbo Institute of materials with the whole process equipment support of "from laboratory to pilot test", and accelerated the R&D iteration of TOPCON's next generation upgrade technology.

In order to ensure the correct use and maintenance of the equipment, nuobadi has provided comprehensive training services for technicians and researchers of Ningbo Institute of materials, Chinese Academy of Sciences:
Theoretical training content: equipment working principle and technical characteristics, safe operation procedures and precautions, common fault diagnosis and troubleshooting methods
Practical training content: familiar with equipment operation interface, program setting and operation monitoring, sample loading and taking out operation, daily maintenance and repair
