Equipment Profile:
NBD-LT series cold and hot fatigue testing machine, integrated control system and furnace. The furnace lining uses vacuum-formed high purity oxygen light weight material, the import high temperature alloy resistance wire acts as the heater element. The stainless steel pipe S310S was used to make the loading platform and the lifting rod. Temperature measurement adopts "K" type thermocouple with stable performance to improve the accuracy of temperature control. And the "K" type thermocouple is set at the sample location for real-time observation of sample temperature. The control panel of the furnace body is a simple and intuitive touch screen, so that the working status can be observed at any time.

 1.Control system adopts advanced PLC + touch screen control system, operation is more simple and convenient. The control mathematical model adopts advanced PID self-learning fuzzy control, so that the temperature control accuracy is kept at ± 1C;
2, built-in conventional and constant temperature two test modes, improve test accuracy and test efficiency;     
3. The water level controller of the water tank automatically monitors the water levels and automatically replenishes the water in time;
4, after the end of the program, automatically save the test data for download and export.

Touch Screen Operating System Features

1. Sintering process curve setting: dynamic display setting curve, equipment sintering can save a number of process curves, each process curve can be set freely;
2. Sintering can be scheduled to achieve unattended sintering process curve sintering;
3. The information of sintering power and voltage can be displayed in real time and the sintering data can be recorded, which can be exported to realize paperless recording.
4. Remote control and real-time observation of equipment status;
5. Temperature correction: the difference between the master control temperature and the sample temperature, the whole sintering process is nonlinear corrected.
