Infrared heating, high heating efficiency, after reaching the set temperature, the furnace can be insulated or automatically removed according to the preset instructions.

Equipment Usage Considerations 

   1. When the furnace temperature of equipment is more than 300 °C, after moving the furnace, it is forbidden to touch the quartz tube where the original furnace is located to avoid being hurt.
   2. Equipment furnace temperature ≥ 300 °C, prohibit to open the furnace, to avoid injury;
   3. When the equipment is used, the pressure in the furnace tube shall not exceed 0.125MPa (absolute pressure) to prevent the equipment from being damaged by excessive pressure;
   4. When used under vacuum, the temperature of the equipment shall not exceed 800 °C.
   5. The pressure reducing valve must be installed on the cylinder when the gas is injected into the furnace. It is recommended to choose and buy a small pressure reducing valve with a range of 0.01MPa-0.15MPa. It is more accurate and safe to use.
   6. When the temperature of the furnace body is higher than 1000 °C, the furnace tube should not be in a vacuum state, and the pressure in the furnace tube should be equivalent to atmospheric pressure and maintain at normal pressure.
   7. High Purity Quartz Tube Long Time Service Temperature is 1100 °C
   8. It is not recommended to close the exhaust valve and inlet valve of the flange end of the furnace pipe when heating the experiment. If you need to close the gas valve to heat the sample, you need to pay attention to the number of the pressure gauge, if the absolute pressure gauge reading is greater than 0.15 MPa, you must immediately open the exhaust valve to prevent accidents (such as furnace tube rupture, etc.)
