Equipment Introduction:

The vacuum atmosphere box furnace adopts a metal shell sealing method, and the furnace inner liner adopts a sandwich water-cooled structure design. The cold state vacuum degree of the equipment can reach below 50Pa. This equipment is widely used for heat treatment of materials such as hard alloys, ceramics, and powder metallurgy in rough vacuum state, reducing atmosphere, and protective atmosphere. Additionally, our independently developed touch screen control system is configured to improve work efficiency. The furnace can be customized according to the actual needs of users.

2. Configure high-purity heating elements with superior acid and corrosion resistance performance;
3. The fire-resistant insulation material manufactured using vacuum forming technology has low heat loss and effectively reduces the power consumption of the equipment;
4. The integrated inner liner design ensures the sealing of the system;
5. Touch screen operation, visually displaying temperature curve;
6. Gas control methods can be selected based on needs, such as float flow meters or mass flow meter controllers.

Equipment usage precautions

1.When the furnace temperature of the equipment is ≥ 300 ℃, it is prohibited to open the furnace to avoid injury;
2. Minor cracks caused by continuous use of the furnace are normal phenomena and do not affect the normal use of the equipment.
