1. Five preset automatic sintering modes are available, and sintering modes can also be customized according to experimental needs;
2. The system is stable and reliable, easy to operate, and has complete safety protection measures;
3. Adopting advanced PID self-learning fuzzy control, the temperature control accuracy is high, maintained at ± 1 ℃ (the temperature inside the pipe is controlled at ± 2 ℃, in the constant temperature section);
4. Equipped with IoT functionality, it can remotely monitor and operate devices through mobile phones and computers;
5. The data storage function can store important sintering parameters for up to 30 days (8 hours per day);
6. Formula function, can pre store more than 100 formulas;
7. Multiple anti fooling functions make it safer for customers to use;
8. Networking function, using RJ45 interface and TCP/IP protocol, can connect the system to the upper computer (the upper computer needs to install corresponding software).
