Equipment Introduction:
This device is a specialized device developed for higher education institutions, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises to conduct oxidation experiments on metal materials under a certain saturated water vapor pressure. It adopts PLC control and touch screen operation, and can start the preset experimental program with just a simple touch. It is especially suitable for repetitive experiments or standard operating procedures, greatly improving work efficiency.



Equipment features:
1. Equipped with an electric lifting device with adjustable speed, it can achieve rapid temperature rise and fall, quenching of samples, and cold and hot fatigue experiments under atmosphere protection.
2. The use of platinum suspension wire for sample suspension can meet the suspension sintering of samples at 1500 ℃.
3. Equipped with an efficient steam generator, it is possible to conduct oxidation experiments on samples in a saturated steam environment.
4. Equipped with electric grippers, it is easy to achieve automatic release of samples, with a maximum clamping force of 40N.
5. Stable and reliable control, convenient operation.
6. Adopting advanced PID self-learning fuzzy control, the temperature control accuracy is high and maintained at ± 1 ℃.
7. The furnace lining is made of high-purity alumina lightweight fiber material, which has better insulation effect, energy conservation and consumption reduction.
8. The data storage function can store important sintering parameters for up to 30 days (8 hours per day).
9. Formula function, can pre store more than 100 formulas.
10. Multiple anti fooling functions make it safer for customers to use.
11. Networking function, using RJ45 interface and TCP/IP protocol, can connect the system to the upper computer (the upper computer needs to install corresponding software).

Pressure measurement and monitoring
