The NBD-LT series high-temperature furnace adopts international advanced manufacturing technology and is designed from an aesthetic and artistic perspective based on human safety. The furnace chamber is made of high-purity alumina lightweight fiber material, and the control interface is operated by an intelligent touch screen in a foolproof manner. The control mathematical model adopts advanced PID self-learning fuzzy control to maintain temperature control accuracy within ± 1 ℃. After long-term and multiple sample verifications, it can be applied to the calcination of almost all types of materials. 1. The heating elements are distributed in a circular shape inside the furnace, surrounding the furnace tube 360 degrees to improve the temperature uniformity inside the furnace;


2. High purity Al2O3 fiber refractory insulation material has superior insulation effect and effectively reduces equipment power consumption;

Pressure measurement and monitoring


Mechanical pressure gauges are used, and the gauge housing is of an airtight structure, which can effectively protect the internal components from environmental influences and debris intrusion. At the same time, it has strong corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.


Gas supply system




The gas flow rate is controlled by a float flowmeter, which is integrated with the equipment and has undergone leak testing before leaving the factory.

Equipment usage precautions

When using the equipment, the absolute pressure gauge reading should not exceed 0.15MPa to prevent equipment damage caused by excessive pressure;
When used under vacuum, the operating temperature of the equipment should not exceed 800 ℃.
