Operational process


Before the equipment is used, clean the chamber with alcohol, close the J1, J2, J5 valves, open the J3, J4 valves, put the material, close the bin door 1, open the bin door 2, seal the glove sealing cover, keep the internal and external pressure connected, and start to vacuum.
2. When the mechanical pressure gauge reaches a certain value, the D1 valve starts to send protective gas, and closes the D1 valve when the micro positive pressure is reached. The valve can be reciprocated several times manually to ensure the water oxygen content.
3. Work normally, close the hatch door 2, close the J2 valve (after the material, enter the hatch door 1, then vacuum, open J2 to send protective gas to reach the micro positive pressure, close J2, stop the air supply, reciprocating 3 to 5 times to ensure that there is no water oxygen in the transition bin, open the hatch door 2 to put the material, and then close the hatch door 2.
4. When the chamber pressure is too large, D2 valve opens to relieve the pressure (not too fast), and D1 valve opens to replenish the air when the pressure is insufficient. (Pressure parameter range can be set, refer to the glove box setting)
5. Close the J3 valve and open the pressure plate on the glove. Gloves in working condition;
6. Molten salt furnace starts to work, open J5, J6 valves, adjust the flow meter to adjust the size of reaction gas;
7. After sintering is completed, put the material into the transition bin, close the bin door 2, ensure that J2 is closed, and open the bin
Door 1, take out the material.

Cautions

1. The internal pressure of the gas supply cylinder is high, and when the gas is passed into the glove box, the pressure reducing valve must be installed on the cylinder. It is recommended to choose a small pressure reducing valve for testing, and the measuring range of the pressure reducing valve is 0.01 MPA-0.15 MPa, which will be more accurate and safe in use.
2.310S stainless steel pot long-term use temperature ≦1100℃;
3. When vacuuming, the cover plate of the glove flange should be sealed with the vacuum chamber, and then open the valve on the flange pipe, and then start vacuuming, otherwise the glove will be blown when directly vacuuming;
4. During the heating experiment, always pay attention to the indicator of the pressure gauge. If the absolute pressure gauge reading is greater than 0.15MPa, the exhaust valve must be opened immediately to prevent accidents.
