Equipment introduction:

NBD-CVD series high temperature furnace adopts international advanced manufacturing technology as a whole, and from the point of view of aesthetic art, according to the human body safety Angle of design.

The double-layer corundum tube structure is adopted, and manual push and pull chutes are set for material entry and exit, which greatly facilitates the loading and unloading of customers' materials and improves the experimental efficiency. The control interface is intelligent touch screen, simpleton operation.

The control mathematical model adopts advanced PID self-learning fuzzy control, which keeps the temperature control accuracy at ±1℃. After a long time of various sample test verification, it can be applied to almost all types of materials roasting.



 

 

 

 

 



Configuration: 

 

The overall structure of the equipment adopts the manual push and pull of the internal and external pipes, air intake on the left side, air out on the right side, and the incoming and outgoing materials are on the right side.The right flange adopts the quick-opening flange of the spring lock, which is very convenient to operate. The inner tube adopts the inclined corundum tube, and is equipped with corundum pieces for the placement of materials. The furnace lining is made of vacuum formed high purity alumina lightweight material, and the heating element is made of imported high temperature silicon molybdenum rod.


The high purity corundum tube traverses the middle of the furnace body. Both ends of the furnace tube are sealed with stainless steel flanges. The heating element is parallel with the furnace tube, which effectively ensures the uniformity of the temperature field. The temperature is measured by the "B" thermocouple with stable performance to improve the accuracy of temperature control. The control panel of the furnace body is equipped with a seven-inch LED touch screen, the operation interface is simple and convenient, so as to observe the working state of the system at any time.

1, sintering process curve setting: dynamic display setting curve, equipment sintering can prestore multiple process curves, each process curve can be set freely;
2, can be booked sintering, unattended sintering process curve sintering;
3, real-time display of sintering power and voltage information and record sintering data, and can be exported to achieve paperless record;
4, with remote control, real-time observation of equipment status;
5. Temperature correction: the difference between the main control temperature and the sample temperature, and the whole sintering process is nonlinear correction.
