Cautions | 1. Keep away from vibration sources and large electrical equipment. The instrument power supply needs to be connected separately. 2. The constant temperature water bath must use clean distilled water or deionized water, and the water temperature of the constant temperature water bath is adjusted to be 2 ~ 3℃ higher than the room temperature; 3. To ensure the continuous stability of the displacement sensor signal and reduce signal drift, it is recommended that the host power supply is always on to maintain the stable working state of the detector. The thermostatic water bath is always on to maintain a constant temperature in the detector area. If you need to turn off the instrument host or water bath, restart the machine, please wait at least 0.5 hours before testing. 4. When the equipment is used, the pressure in the furnace tube shall not exceed 0.15MPa (absolute pressure) to prevent damage to the equipment caused by excessive pressure; 5. When used under vacuum, the operating temperature of the equipment shall not exceed 1000℃. 6. The internal pressure of the gas supply cylinder is high, and when the gas is passed into the furnace tube, the pressure reducing valve must be installed on the cylinder. It is recommended to choose a small pressure reducing valve for test, and the pressure reducing valve has a measuring range of 0.01MPa-0.15MPa (relative pressure), which will be more accurate and safe in use. 7. Sample notes: a. The composition of the sample should be generally understood before the experiment, and the instrument is not recommended for strong contamination and volatilization. b. General samples should not be tested above the melting point. For the softening point test of glass samples, it should be ensured that the temperature will stop immediately after rising above the softening point (dL curve from expansion to rapid contraction) (with the help of the automatic protection function of "softening point detection"). c. For some samples that may stick to the bracket or push rod or cause contact surface contamination after heating up, gaskets should be placed on the front and back of the sample. d. For some samples that are more polluting, may decompose, and may contaminate the support part, it can be tested in a protective sleeve. | |
