Cautions

1. When the equipment is used, the pressure in the furnace tube shall not exceed 0.15MPa (absolute pressure) to prevent damage to the equipment caused by excessive pressure;
2. When used under vacuum, the operating temperature of the equipment shall not exceed 1000℃.
3. When the internal pressure of the gas supply cylinder is high and the gas is passed into the furnace tube, the pressure reducing valve must be installed on the cylinder. It is recommended to choose a small pressure reducing valve for test.
4. When the temperature of the furnace body is higher than 1000 ° C, the furnace tube can not be in a vacuum state, and the pressure in the furnace tube needs to be equivalent to atmospheric pressure and maintained at normal pressure to prevent damage to the chamber;
5. Long-term use temperature of high-purity quartz tube under atmospheric pressure ≦1150℃;
6. When heating and sintering, the exhaust valve should be opened to avoid chamber pressure increase when heating and heating, resulting in chamber rupture.
