NBD-101E embedded operating system, the touch screen visual guide operation, 5 minutes to enter the working state, real-time display sintering dynamic power and sintering process.
The heating body adopts a new process of silicon and molybdenum rod, a rotating temperature equalization system under the annular heating crucible, and the design of smoke exhaust and dust removal in the air passage, which can effectively exclude organic matter, not only can complete the whole bridge temperature equalization sintering, but also can be used for wax removal and ashing treatment.

Cautions



1. Place the universal horizontal bubble on the stove to adjust the level of the equipment;

2 cavity system alumina fiber material, with strong acid and base, or lead vapor and vanadium pentoxide and other similar volatile materials before sintering, the material in the oven ≧170℃ fully baked ≧40 minutes, make corrosive volatile matter fully volatilized, prevent furnace cracking and prolong the service life of heating elements;

3. Place the cushion brick in the middle of the furnace before sintering the material, place the material in the crucible and then put it on the cushion brick, the maximum is 160mm;

4. Rotate and lift the furnace platform to observe whether there is a lag phenomenon;

5. Check whether the contact of the electrical connection part of the temperature control system is good every 3 months. Special attention should be paid to whether the connection of each connection point of the heating element is tight.
