Configuration


1. The furnace body heating adopts ring arrangement to reduce interference; 2. The weighing sensor made of precious metal nickel-chromium alloy has the advantages of high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance;
3. The power supply, circulation heat dissipation part and the host are separated to reduce the impact of heat and vibration on the micro-heat sensor;
4. Adopt the upper electric lifting structure, easy to install and operate;
5. Water bath constant temperature device is used to isolate the thermal influence of heating furnace body on the chassis and micro-thermobalance.

Cautions

1. When the furnace temperature of the equipment is ≥300℃, do not open the furnace to avoid damage;
2. When the equipment is used, the pressure in the furnace tube shall not exceed 0.125MPa (absolute pressure) to prevent damage to the equipment caused by excessive pressure;
3. When used under vacuum (10 to the minus 3 Pa), the use temperature of the equipment shall not exceed 800℃.

Service

1 year warranty with lifetime support (warranty does not cover consumable components such as furnace tubes and seals).
