Main characteristics：

1、The frame is made of section steel and steel plate welded into a circular barrel shape；
2、The lining is made of aluminum silicate fiber，The material has the advantages of low heat storage, low thermal conductivity, light weight and long service life；
3、The heating element is made of nickel-chromium wire alloy with long service life, good oxidation resistance, strong corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties at high temperature，Fixed on the furnace wall by a special process；
4、Air guide system：Because the quenching furnace has a higher requirement on temperature, in order to reach the temperature difference of the furnace ≤±2℃, the fan is used to carry out strong convection through the air guide system；
   5、Temperature control system：Using thyristor contact zero trigger, intelligent program control instrument to control the temperature, the control system has the advantages of small buffer, high temperature control accuracy (control accuracy can reach ≤±1℃)；
   6、The furnace cover adopts automatic opening and closing type。
