Equipment introduction:

Automatic feed in and out pendulum rotary sintering furnace is suitable for the treatment of short time heating materials. First, the equipment is heated to reach the target temperature, and then the furnace body is adjusted to a certain tilt Angle, and the feed reamer is opened to continuously feed the material into the furnace tube. The material passes through the heating area of the working tube and enters the storage tank from the other end. The length of the heat treatment time depends on the inclination of the furnace tube, the rotation speed, the length of the furnace tube and the fluidity of the material. The use of a stainless steel storage container, coupled with a closed inlet and outlet system, is a key factor in the product can be used in a protective atmosphere or vacuum (should not be used if the sintering temperature is too high).




 

 

 

 

 



 Configuration

 


1. The material will roll radial and axial under the rotating pendulum vibration of the reaction chamber to ensure uniform heating of the material and adequate contact with the gas to prevent overburning and entraining caused by static sintering;

2. The furnace tube is made of quartz tube or 310S heat-resistant stainless steel;

3. Adopt PLC centralized control, simplify operation, configure 7 inch touch screen all kinds of data real-time display, intuitive and clear;
4. Set alarm function, can realize unattended sintering;
5. Equipped with material level monitor for monitoring material conditions, and equipped with vibrator for better material import.


5. High purity Al2O3 fiber refractory insulation material, insulation effect is superior, effectively reduce the power consumption of equipment;

6. Adopt advanced and stable dynamic sealing system to ensure that the equipment can be used in vacuum and atmosphere;

7. The furnace body can be tilted to -5-30° to facilitate the operation of taking and discharging materials.

4. It can realize remote control and real-time observation of equipment status;
5. Temperature correction: the difference between the main control temperature and the sample temperature, and the whole sintering process is nonlinear correction.

Cautions

1. When the furnace temperature of the equipment is greater than or equal to 300℃, it is forbidden to open the furnace to avoid injury;

2. When the equipment is in use, the reading of the absolute pressure gauge should not be greater than 0.15MPa to prevent equipment damage caused by excessive pressure.

3. When used in vacuum, the operating temperature of the equipment shall not exceed 600℃.

Service

1 year warranty with lifetime support (the warranty does not cover consumable parts, such as furnace tubes and sealing rings).
