This device is a streamlined high vacuum induction melting&casting furnace that can melt various alloys, with a maximum melting capacity of up to 1kg (calculated based on Fe density) and a maximum melting temperature of up to 2000 ℃. It is equipped with a secondary feeding mechanism that can perform secondary feeding in a vacuum or atmosphere protected environment. High temperature stirring mechanism can be installed to stir the melted sample at high temperature in an atmospheric environment, making the melting more uniform. The vacuum degree can reach 10-3Pa (using a molecular pump system).

1. Sintering process curve setting: dynamically display the set curve, and the equipment sintering can pre store multiple process curves, each of which can be freely set;
2. Pre order sintering is available to achieve unmanned sintering process curve sintering;
3. Real time display of sintering power, voltage and other information, recording of sintering data, and the ability to export for paperless recording;
4. Capable of remote control and real-time observation of equipment status;
5. Temperature correction: The difference between the main control temperature and the sample temperature is nonlinearly corrected throughout the sintering process.

Atmosphere protection

1. This furnace body design can be filled with high-purity Ar gas, with a pressure of up to 0.02 MPa

The equipment is equipped with a mechanical pressure gauge with a testing range of -0.1MPa-0.15MPa

A float flowmeter (0.2-2L/min) is installed on the equipment to regulate the intake flow rate

Vacuum degree: 1Pa (using mechanical pump), 10-3Pa (using molecular pump system)

Standard configuration includes mechanical pump

A water cooling machine with a capacity greater than 58L/min is required for water cooling in the equipment (the standard configuration does not include a water cooling machine, which can be purchased from our company)
