Gas Mass Flow Mixing Cabinet, also known as Gas Mixing Cabinet or Gas Dispenser, is an integrated intelligent device based on Mass Flow Controller (MFC) that performs high-precision, continuous, and dynamic proportional mixing of two or more gases. It is the core "gas distribution center" that connects the gas source and process equipment, designed specifically for scenarios with extremely high requirements for gas composition, purity, and stability.
Two (or more) gases are depressurized from a gas cylinder through a pressure reducing valve to the required pressure and input into a gas mixture supply system. Then, by adjusting the volume flow rate of each component, a predetermined proportion of mixed gas is output to achieve the required atmosphere for the experiment. It is strictly prohibited to supply hydrogen and oxygen simultaneously to ensure safety.
Connect the inlet connector of the gas supply system directly to the pressure reducing valve of the gas supply cylinder, select the connected gas, open the valve on the gas supply cylinder, the corresponding shut-off valve and flow meter knob on the gas supply system in order, then rotate the pressure reducing valve knob to increase the gas pressure, adjust the gas flow rate, and output the required pressure and flow rate.
