Equipment introduction:


NBD-LT series of cold and thermal fatigue testing machine, integrated control system and furnace. The furnace lining uses vacuum forming high-purity aluminum oxide lightweight material, and imported high-temperature alloy resistance wire is used as the heating element. High temperature resistant stainless steel S310S was used to make the loading platform and lifting rod, and the stepping pulse controlled the lifting mechanism to move up and down to lift the sample. The temperature is measured with a stable "K" thermocouple to improve the accuracy of temperature control. The "K" thermocouple is set at the sample position to observe the sample temperature in real time. The control panel of the furnace body is an intuitive and simple touch screen to observe the working state of the system at any time.

1, the control system adopts advanced PLC+ touch screen control system, the operation is more simple and convenient. The control mathematical model adopts advanced PID self-learning fuzzy control to keep the temperature control accuracy at ±1℃.

2, built-in conventional and constant temperature two test modes, improve the test accuracy and test efficiency;

3. Water level controller of sink automatically monitors water level and automatically replenishes water in time;

4, after the program, automatically save the test data for download and export.
