Equipment Profile:
Nbd-hp1200-50ity mini high pressure furnace, installed on the flange of the high pressure solenoid valve and pressure sensor, so when the pressure inside the cavity is higher than the set value, the solenoid valve will automatically open the exhaust, so that the air pressure inside the tube reaches the set value.
This type can heat treat the sample under high pressure atmosphere gas environment, the highest temperature up to 1150℃.

1. Oxidizing, protecting atmosphere and inert gases such as N2, Ar and He.
2. In order to avoid contamination of samples, it is better to wrap the samples with gold foil or nickel foil, put them into alumina or quartz boat, and then put them into the furnace tube for sintering. Do not put the samples directly into the high-temperature and high-pressure tube without crucible.

Pressure detection and control

 

 

1. The high-pressure chamber is equipped with a pressure sensor, which is connected with the control system for real-time display
2. Install the high pressure relief solenoid valve on the flange, when the air pressure in the furnace tube is higher than the set pressure value, the solenoid valve will automatically open the deflated, cavity pressure maintained in the set pressure range.
The maximum automatic relief pressure that the solenoid valve can bear is 15Mpa. When the pressure is higher than 15Mpa, the solenoid valve cannot be used for relief. The method of serial stitching should be closed and manual relief should be adopted.

Flanged seal

 

 

1. CF flange structure drawing is as follows (red copper sealing ring is adopted)
2.1/4NPS internal thread connection is installed on the furnace tube flange, and a high pressure valve is installed at each end of the flange. The right end valve is equipped with pressure gauge.
3. The flange is sealed with an oxygen-free copper sealing ring;
4. Torque wrenches are available to avoid excessive fastening of the flange.

The company's high temperature and high pressure furnace tubes are made of high temperature alloy steel, the highest temperature resistance is 1150℃, good ductility.
When misoperation makes the air pressure in the cavity exceed the maximum allowable value (beyond the long-term strength of the alloy tube), the alloy tube will creep and bulge at the weak point before the gas is released by cracks.
