Introduction to rapid annealing furnace
RTP rapid annealing furnace generally uses iodine tungsten lamp tube as heating element, heating speed is very fast, adopts S-type thermocouple temperature measurement and adopts the international ling's fuzzy PID control, has a high temperature control accuracy < ±5℃ >. Rapid annealing furnace with vacuum device, can work in a variety of atmospheres, greatly improve its range of use. Standard accessories: S type thermocouple 1, quartz inner and outer tube 1 set, vacuum flange 1 set, etc.
1. When the furnace is used again for the first time or for a long time (three months) after being stopped, it should be baked for 1 hour at about 120℃ and used for 2 hours after baking at about 300℃, so as not to cause cracking of the furnace. Furnace temperature should not exceed rated temperature, so as not to damage the heating element and furnace lining. It is forbidden to pour all kinds of liquid and dissolved metal directly into the furnace to keep the furnace clean.
2. The use of quartz tube, when the temperature is higher than 1000℃, the high temperature part of the quartz tube will appear opaque phenomenon, which is called permeability (also known as crystallization) is an inherent defect of fused quartz tube, is a normal phenomenon.
3. When cold furnace is used, because the furnace is cold, it must absorb a lot of heat, so the temperature rise rate of the low temperature section is not too fast, and the rise of each temperature section
The difference in temperature rate is not easy to be too large, the physical and chemical properties of the sintered material should be fully considered when setting the temperature rate, so as to avoid the phenomenon of spraying material and pollution of the furnace tube.
4. Regularly check whether the contact of the electrical connection part of the temperature control system is good. Special attention should be paid to whether the connection of each connection point of the heating element is tight.
5. After the furnace has been used for a period of time, if the vacuum degree decreases, the temperature-resistant silicone ring between the stainless steel flanges can be replaced or the stainless steel flanges can be re-installed or the vacuum system can be replaced and repaired to improve the overall vacuum degree of the system.
6. In the working process of the furnace, generally about 300℃ if the control deviation can not be eliminated, the temperature display value does not conform to the given value of the program or the swing is too large, check whether the parameter "M5, P, t" setting is accurate.
7. This furnace is suitable for the following working conditions:
(1) The ambient temperature is between -10 and 75℃.
(2) The relative humidity of the surrounding environment does not exceed 85%.
(3) There is no conductive dust, dangerous gases and corrosive gases that seriously damage metal and insulating materials around the furnace.
