Jiyuan Xinghan Purchases Nuobadi High-temperature Sintering Furnace to Solve the Research of Amorphous Quartz Front

Jiyuan Xinghan New Material Technology Co., Ltd., as a national high-tech, specialized and special new enterprise, focuses on the research and development of photovoltaic, semiconductor micro-nano powder and functional ceramic materials, adheres to the R&D route of "slurry integration", and constantly solves the domestic problem of high-end new materials. In order to arrange semiconductor packaging, optoelectronic devices supporting high-purity amorphous quartz material research and development, the enterprise formally purchased Henan Nuobadi high-temperature atmosphere sintering furnace through multiple rounds of equipment selection comparison, and built a stable and controllable amorphous quartz sintering experimental platform.

The preparation of amorphous quartz material has strict sintering process requirements: accurate temperature control is required in the high temperature range, the furnace temperature field is uniform, the high temperature crystallization of SiOpowder is suppressed to generate cristobalite during cooling, and the amorphous microstructure of the material is retained; In the whole sintering process, the temperature rise rate, duration of heat preservation and cooling rhythm shall be controlled accurately by programming, so as to obtain amorphous quartz blank with high density and low defects. The traditional sintering equipment has large temperature field temperature difference and insufficient air tightness, which is very easy to cause sample crystal cracking and excessive porosity. The experimental data has poor repeatability, and it is difficult to support the systematic mechanism research.

Nobody high-temperature sintering furnace perfectly matches the R&D requirements of Jiyuan Xinghan. High-purity alumina fiber furnace is adopted for the equipment, multi-point temperature measurement is adopted to build uniform thermal field, and temperature difference of the furnace is controlled within ± 3 ℃; With NBD-101T intelligent touch screen control system, multi-stage step sintering curve can be preset, and the whole process of low-temperature dehydration, medium-temperature densification, high-temperature constant temperature and fast quenching can be precisely controlled, so as to suppress the crystallization defects from the process end. Nuobadi equipment supports multiple safety protection systems to ensure long-term continuous experimental operation, and domestic equipment greatly reduces the investment cost of enterprise R&D equipment.

When the equipment is put into use after landing, Jiyuan Xinghan R&D team has completed hundreds of groups of amorphous quartz sintering orthogonal tests based on the Nobody sintering furnace, accurately clarifying the influence of temperature and holding time on the amorphous structure, density and transmittance of quartz, successfully preparing amorphous quartz samples with low crystallization rate and high purity, laying a solid data foundation for the development of new materials for optoelectronic substrates and semiconductor packaging insulating parts.
