Equipment features:

PLC centralized intelligent control adopts PLC centralized control, simplifying the operation process, equipped with a 7-inch touch screen, real-time display of various data such as furnace temperature, speed, vibration frequency, gas flow rate, etc. The interface is intuitive and clear, and process parameters can be set with one click.

The complete process of safety protection equipment is equipped with alarm functions (such as over temperature, over pressure, gas cut-off, material cut-off, etc.), which can achieve unmanned sintering and reduce the risk of manual intervention.

The convenient maintenance structure furnace can be automatically opened by the control system, which facilitates the maintenance and replacement of furnace tubes and heating systems, greatly reducing the difficulty of equipment maintenance and downtime.

The high-efficiency insulation and low energy consumption design adopts high-purity Al ₂ O3 fiber refractory insulation material, which has excellent insulation effect and can effectively reduce equipment power consumption, achieving energy conservation and consumption reduction.

In the dust-free automatic feeding/discharging system oxidation sintering mode, the design adopts a left end closed air inlet and a right end open feeding:

Feeding: Using 15L stainless steel drums (loading ≤ 10L) for spiral feeding, the furnace tube rotates in coordination and is directly fed into the burning bin, greatly reducing dust.

Material collection: Using a hinged flange and rotating furnace tube, the material is separated by a suction type cyclone and directly filled into a 15L material collection bucket.

Multi dimensional material dynamic processing integrates three dynamic adjustment functions: rotation, oscillation, and inclination. The speed, vibration frequency, and furnace inclination angle can be set according to process requirements to ensure uniform heating and full reaction of materials in the furnace, completely solving the problem of uneven heating in static heating.

Pressure measurement and monitoring

 

Mechanical pressure gauges are used, and the gauge housing is of an airtight structure, which can effectively protect the internal components from environmental influences and debris intrusion. At the same time, it has strong corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.

The gas flow rate is controlled by a float flowmeter, which is integrated with the equipment and has undergone leak testing before leaving the factory.

Equipment usage precautions

When using the equipment, the absolute pressure gauge reading should not exceed 0.15MPa to prevent equipment damage caused by excessive pressure;
