·Dynamic sealing: using magnetic fluid seal and mechanical seal, it can pass through inert (Ar/N ₂), reducing (H ₂/CO), oxidizing (O ₂/air) atmosphere, or high vacuum (10 ⁻ ³ Pa).

·Safety interlock: automatic alarm and protection for overheating, gas interruption, coupling interruption, and overload.

The cooling water circuit is equipped with a safety flow interlock sensor, low flow and over temperature warning functions, inlet/outlet pipelines and manual valves (for isolation and flow regulation), and a 20P water cooling device.

Pressure measurement and monitoring

 

Mechanical pressure gauges are used, and the gauge housing is of an airtight structure, which can effectively protect the internal components from environmental influences and debris intrusion. At the same time, it has strong corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.

Equipment usage precautions

When using the equipment, the absolute pressure gauge reading should not exceed 0.15MPa to prevent equipment damage caused by excessive pressure;
